Sunshine and the Barons Court Project

Posted on: April 21st, 2018 by Drew No Comments

The Barons Court Project is a wonderful organisation based – as the name suggests – in south west London and is dedicated to helping homeless and people with mental illness providing everything from drop in facilities to drama classes for those who’ve fallen on hard times.

On a balmy evening in south west London various dignitaries, business owners and trustees gathered in part for a fund raiser and in part as a forum for helping the project extend it’s reach and offer help to even more disadvantaged people.

A fabulous meal, chicken salad and huge trifle was prepared by volunteers, money was raised via a raffle for House of Lords chocolates donated by Lord Southwark
(below) and ideas were thrown into the forum.

We’d like to thank everyone involved and all the guests for such a great evening! It is truly inspirational being around so many dynamic good people. ¬†Until next time!
